Description
A mandala is a symbolic geometric arrangement. Mandalas are used in numerous spiritual traditions to help practitioners and adepts focus their attention, as a spiritual guiding tool, to create a sacred place, and to facilitate meditation and trance induction. It is used as a map showing deities or, in the case of Shintoism, paradises, kami, or actual shrines in the Eastern faiths of Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Shintoism. A mandala, in general, signifies a spiritual journey that begins on the exterior and progresses through layers to the inner core.A mandala is a 40-day period during which the human organism completes one physiological cycle in a spiritual or religious process.
A Two-day workshop on Mandala was conducted by INSTITUTE OF PSYCHOSPIRITUAL THERAPY COUNSELLING AND RESEARCH on 22nd -23rd May, 2021 . The webinar was attended by 500+participants. All the participants were trained under the guidance Mr. Bharat Kumar (Trainer, Director).
