What is Multiple Intelligence?

What is RIASEC?
Holland established the RIASEC vocational model, which is the most commonly used and examined model of occupational interests. It’s a type of typology that can be used to distinguish people based on their vocational (professional) interests. “Relatively stable individual differences that influence behaviour through preferences for various job activities and work environments” are classified as vocational interests. Individuals’ work behaviour is largely influenced by their enthusiasm for the activities they must complete. Individuals who are more interested in their work activities may be more motivated to complete them, resulting in improved job performance.
A one-day workshop on above topics was conducted by INSTITUTE OF PSYCHOSPIRITUAL THERAPY COUNSELLING AND RESEARCH . The webinar was attended by 50+ participants. All the participants were trained under the guidance Mr. Bharat Kumar (Trainer, Director).
